1. Product Orders
• Orders are confirmed only upon full payment or verified transfer.
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or payment is incomplete.
2. Payment Methods
We accept:
• Telebirr, CBE Birr,
• Bank transfers (CBE, Awash, etc.)
• Card payments (Visa/Mastercard if available)
• Cash on pickup (by special arrangement only)
3. Delivery & Fulfillment
• Orders within Addis Ababa: Delivered in 1–3 working days, customer covers cost
• Outside Addis: Delivery via local courier; customer covers cost
• Delivery delays due to holidays, transport strikes, or public unrest are not the seller’s liability
4. Return & Exchange Policy
At Zion, we are committed to delivering high-quality LEGO products that inspire creativity and fun.
Please note: All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except in cases of:
• Damaged or defective items upon delivery
• Incorrect item received
